TinyTAN are animated characters inspired by the BTS members and formed by Big Hit IP Co., a subsidiary under BTS management firm, Big Hit Entertainment. The name TinyTAN comes from Bangtan Sonyeondan, the romanization of BTS' Korean name.

The focal point for V's TinyTAN character was his “signature V pose and smile“. To represent his stage name, V often holds his hand up to his face with his fingers in a V-formation, framing his handsome eyes. Combined with his attractive smile, these characteristics make his animated character unmistakable.

Jungkook
Cooky is created by Jungkook, a muscular Rabbit with a tough attitude. Cooky works out a lot and he can transform into a huge muscle man when he gets angry. Since Jungkook always goes to the gym to maintain his six-pack, in the initial sketching stage, he drew a Rabbit with a six-pack.
Is Mang A Boy or a girl
Mang is evidently identified as non-binary or gender neutral as they had chosen to go in between the male and female toilet doors during the BT21 discussion video. Mang can also be genderfluid, as they shift between the pronouns 'she' and 'he' in various descriptions. Mang does not identify as either binary gender.
Why did Mang hide his face
While all the other characters have their faces revealed, MANG wears a purple pony mask with a heart-shaped nose and indigo hair falling on his back. The mask, as j-hope explains, is present to help the character successfully perform and dance without any anxiety or pressure to impress his audience.
